Non-discrimination Notice
Sound Data Science does not and shall not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex (including pregnancy, sexual orientation, or gender identity), national origin, disability, age (40 or older), or genetic information (including family medical history). It is illegal and will not be tolerated.
These activities include, but are not limited to, the appointment to and termination from its Board of Directors, hiring and firing of staff or contractors, selection of volunteers, selection of vendors, and providing services.
Sound Data Science will provide reasonable accommodations (changes to how work is normally done) to employees or persons who need them for medical or religious reasons, as required by law.
Reporting discrimination

Any employee or person who believes they have, individually or as a member of any specific class of persons, been subjected to discrimination on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, disability, age, or genetic information has the right to file a formal complaint.

Employees or persons will not be punished for reporting discrimination, participating in a discrimination investigation, lawsuit, or opposing discrimination. Employees or persons who report or participate in a discrimination investigation will be protected to the greatest extent.

Complaints of discrimination should be immediately reported to the Executive Director, and if substantiated, prompt action will be taken.
